The Leapfrog Group Submits Comments to Fiscal Year 2025 CMS IPPS Proposed Rule

Each year the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) invites stakeholders to submit comments on the proposed changes to Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) rule.

After reviewing the IPPS FY25 Proposed Rule, Leapfrog commented on the following:

• Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting Program
• Hospital Value Based Purchasing Program
• Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program
• Additional Requests for Comments
