Lauren Bailey

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

Lauren Bailey is the Director of Communications, overseeing all strategic communications for Leapfrog including media relations, social media and content development. She previously served as Communications Manager for Leapfrog. She has over a decade of experience in health care public relations. 

Kush Banerjee

DIRECTOR OF LICENSING PROGRAMS

Kush Banerjee is the Director of Licensing Programs, leading Leapfrog's data licensing and accolades licensing programs. He works directly with the numerous health plans, purchasers and health care solutions providers who rely on Leapfrog's data to inform high-quality, safe care. Kush previously served as Manager of Data Licensing at Leapfrog, and has over ten years of experience in health care business growth and strategic development.

Andrea Clay

DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE GIVING

Andrea Clay is the Director of Corporate Giving for The Leapfrog Group. Andrea works with the Leapfrog Partners Advisory Committee (PAC) and Innovators for Leapfrog (IFL) corporate partners. She brings over 15 years of health care philanthropy expertise to the role.

Missy Danforth

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF HEALTH CARE RATINGS

Missy Danforth is the Senior Vice President of Health Care Ratings, where she serves as member of Leapfrog’s senior leadership team informing Leapfrog’s strategic direction, engaging experts and stakeholders, and analyzing program results to engage purchasers and consumers and drive safety and quality improvements. Ms. Danforth oversees Leapfrog’s various measurement and public reporting activities including the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, the Leapfrog ASC Survey, the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade and emerging ratings programs.

Ralph Johnson

VICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATICS AND TECHNOLOGY  

Ralph Johnson is the Vice President of Informatics and Technology, overseeing Leapfrog’s strategic IT direction and execution. Prior to joining Leapfrog, he served as a Chief Information Officer for various Maine hospitals over the course of 35 years. Ralph is recognized as a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and recognized as a Fellow of the Health Information Management Systems Society. 

Karen Jupiter

VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

Karen Jupiter is the Vice President of Development for The Leapfrog Group, overseeing fundraising, donor relations, and special events for the organization. Karen studied Public Policy at The College of William and Mary and has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).

Katie Stewart

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH CARE RATINGS 

Katie Stewart is the Director of Health Care Ratings. She manages Leapfrog’s various measurement and public reporting activities, including the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, Hospital Safety Grade, and new Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey. As a Director, she oversees operations and informs content and analytics for all ratings programs. She previously served as a Senior Program Analyst at Leapfrog.

Jean-Luc Tilly

PROGRAM DIRECTOR, LEAPFROG ASC SURVEY AND SPECIAL PROJECTS

Jean-Luc Tilly is the Program Director of the Leapfrog ASC Survey and Special Projects. He manages Leapfrog's Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Survey, as well as Leapfrog's initiative to promote diagnostic excellence in hospitals and Leapfrog's program to recognize hospitals that lead the nation in caring for people living with diabetes. Jean-Luc has a decade of experience in measuring quality in health care, including evaluating performance measures for federal quality reporting programs.
