We hosted the 2025 Leapfrog Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner on December 15 at the Gaylord National Harbor just outside of Washington, DC, to celebrate Leapfrog’s 25th anniversary. This event highlighted the transformative impact of transparency on patient safety, bringing together health care leaders, advocates and innovators who have driven progress over the past quarter-century. This special gathering commemorated Leapfrog’s legacy and charted the course for the future of health care.

Poster Session Winners:
We hosted our second annual Best Practices Poster Session at the 2025 Leapfrog Annual Meeting, featuring 15 hospitals and surgery centers.
Congratulations to the winning hospital poster from RWJBH Newark Beth Israel Medical Center & Children's Hospital of New Jersey about their work decreasing Central Line-Associated Bloodstream Infections (CLABSI). The award was accepted by Doreen Dutchak, Vice President, Safety and Experience.
Congratulations to the winning ASC poster featuring OrthoSouth Surgery Center Germantown about their work improving medication safety documentation. The award was accepted by Ashley Bennett, Quality Director.
